Thailand's web development community built on Joomla while the rest of Southeast Asia went WordPress, and the installed base never migrated.

The Angular Surprise

Thailand also has 9% Angular — the third-highest Angular rate of any country after Korea (14%) and Sri Lanka (12%). Thailand's framework landscape is unusual on two fronts: heavy Joomla legacy AND strong enterprise Angular adoption.
