By accessing WebPulse (pulse.adyog.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors.

2. Service Description

WebPulse is a web framework intelligence platform operated by adyog. It provides framework health scores, scan results, editorial content, and analytical tools. The platform is provided for informational and educational purposes.

3. Data and Scores

Framework scores are computed algorithmically from publicly available data sources including GitHub, NIST NVD, and our own web scanning infrastructure. Important disclaimers:

• Scores reflect our methodology and may differ from other assessments.
• Detection data represents frameworks identified via HTML signatures, HTTP headers, and meta tags. Detection rate is approximately 35% — many sites go undetected.
• Percentages refer to detected frameworks, not all websites on the internet.
• No vendor pays for placement or score modification.
• Data is updated periodically and may not reflect the most current state of any framework.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on WebPulse — including scores, editorial content, analysis, images, and design — is the intellectual property of adyog unless otherwise stated. You may:

• Quote or reference our data with attribution (“Source: adyog WebPulse”).
• Link to our pages freely.
• Use our API for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape the platform at excessive rates.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, game the detection engine, or submit fraudulent scan requests.
• Use the chat agent to harvest information, inject prompts, or conduct social engineering.
• Misrepresent WebPulse data as your own research without attribution.

6. Site Scanning

The “Check Your Site” feature scans publicly accessible web pages. We access only publicly available HTML and HTTP headers — the same information available to any web browser. We do not access protected content, bypass authentication, or exploit vulnerabilities. Scan results are stored to power aggregated statistics and may be displayed publicly in anonymized form.

7. Disclaimers

WebPulse is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or scores.
• That framework recommendations are suitable for your specific use case.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Migration, framework selection, and infrastructure decisions should be made with professional consultation appropriate to your context. WebPulse provides data to inform decisions, not replace professional judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

adyog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of WebPulse or reliance on its data. This includes, without limitation, damages from decisions made based on framework scores, scan results, or editorial content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
