DeepSeek has published dsh-superagent on GitHub, a coding agent for one repository. Its README calls it a research prototype, not an official DeepSeek product, and says coding agents did much of the engineering. It listens to GitHub and, optionally, Feishu. When an allowed person asks, it opens a work item, works in its own session and directory, and replies in the same conversation, for example with a pull request.
Tech in Asia reported that DeepSeek's October 31 WeChat post describes a "super-agent" system from its Harness team, with an external watchdog. DeepSeek said an internal instance can try to fix bugs raised in group chats without being tagged. The README says some designs in the post are not in this prototype. The sources do not say whether the prototype acts untagged.
The README says the agent acts only when asked or when a team rule allows it. It speaks only when someone must act or can use a result. This is interpretation: attention is the scarce resource, and autonomy depends on who may ask and which rules exist. A separate session and directory per item suggests work stays apart for review. Buyers could ask who may request work, and who reviews each pull request.
